Back Pain Treatment
If lower back pain is originated in the muscles, then stretching, doing strengthening exercises and taking anti inflammatory meds such as ibuprofen will help.
If lower back pain originates in the bones, that’s a problem for doctors to handle.
If it is a muscle problem then, do some stretches on a hard surface. Sit on the bare floor and try different stretch positions to see which ones cause the most pain, and work on those problem areas.
Besides that, you have to be more active and stop watching so much t.v. ! The core of the body is the most important part to maintain because his problems will only get worse in the future if you do not do some abdominal or lumbar exercises.
Investing in a heat pad will do some good too, but make sure to take aspirin or ibuprofen everyday. If in any doubt, go and see a doctor.

Back Pain Exercise
When doing crunches an exercise mat may help to reduce back pain but more importantly, you must use your stomach muscles!

Back Pain
If you experience back pain from taking a deep breath mean there is a chance that you subluxated (partially displaced) a rib.
This usually happens in the back from a traumatic incident, and can cause restricted and painful breathing. You also might have strained or bruised an intercostal muscle, located between the ribs. Either one would cause the symptoms you’re describing.
A chiropractor might help, as well as alternating heat and ice on the area. Start with 10 minutes of heat, end with 10 minutes of ice.
Gentle deep breathing exercises can help a displaced rib readjust. Follow the procedure in the link below, except only breathe in to the point where you experience NO pain. You will find that you can breathe in deeper the more you do it.

Some of the seminars were recorded and as soon as they become available I’ll post links here on the blog, so do check back later.
There were also some amazing product being demonstrated that I’ve brought away information about. As soon as I’ve looked at these products in detail I’ll post full details here on the blog.
